Who We Need ?Sabel Systems is seeking a Digital Solutions Business Development Specialist to lead and expand our business in the digital solutions domain. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving growth in areas such as model-based systems engineering (MBSE), digital twin technology, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital engineering solutions, government and commercial contracting, and a proven track record in business development. Responsibilities include market research, proposal development, and strategic planning to position the company as a leader in digital transformation initiatives. Excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation are essential for success in this role. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital solutions domain, including model-based systems engineering (MBSE), digital twins, and advanced analytics. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's digital solutions portfolio within government and commercial markets. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to understand needs and position the company's solutions effectively. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, gaps, and opportunities in digital solutioning. Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and align with the company's capabilities. Lead the development of proposals, including writing, pricing, and ensuring alignment with client goals and compliance requirements. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote digital solutions offerings and build the company's brand. Provide input to senior leadership on business development strategies and pipeline management to achieve growth objectives. Monitor contract performance and client satisfaction to identify opportunities for follow-on work and long-term partnerships. Stay updated on advancements in digital solutions technologies and methodologies to ensure innovative and competitive solutions. Other duties as needed Your Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales within the digital solutions, systems engineering, or technology sectors. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital solutions concepts, including model-based systems engineering (MBSE), digital twins, data analytics, and advanced modeling tools. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships across government and commercial sectors.
