Your Title: Technical Customer Support Professional - Machine Control Job Location: Dayton OH Our Department: Owner & Public Sector What You Will Do The Technical Customer Support role is crucial for providing high-level technical assistance to military end users of Trimble machine control systems. This role involves installation and calibration of Trimble machine control systems. You'll also deliver technical training programs to military end users. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, sophisticated software, and networked and/or wireless systems. You'll also conduct essential maintenance and testing of machine control products. Additionally, you will contribute to product improvement by reporting design, reliability, and maintenance issues. Customer Installation and Training Complete repairs of Trimble machine control products within established repair times Advanced Technical Support Read, comprehend, and follow repair instructions, service guidelines, and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products. Problem Analysis and Reporting Documentation and Knowledge Sharing What Skills & Experience You Should Bring Proven experience in providing installation and technical support for machine control systems Minimum of 5 years of training and presentation experience to medium and small groups Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proficiency in utilizing technical tools and resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and customers Strong customer-centric mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional technical support.
