Job Description

The Cyber, EW and Space (CEWS) Group provides full-spectrum capabilities that address today’s rapidly changing, multi-domain global security threats and anticipate emerging threats.

CEWS Information Warfare Portfolio is looking for a motivated Program Manager (PM) to support the Sr Program Manager and Portfolio Director with the execution of existing and emerging projects, primarily related to US Air Force and US Space Force. From participation in Business Development/new business pursuits, through the entire proposal process, and finally the oversight of awarded programs, the PM will be involved in evert aspect of successful execution, which may include supervision of technical personnel. The PM will interact often with customers, and must feel comfortable working independently. This position offers growth as the programs being supported grow.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the profit and loss and technical aspects of a program(s) generating profitable revenue and fee for the company.

  • Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.

  • Program may be based out of a single location utilizing established technologies requiring standard application to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems.

  • Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs.

  • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

  • Develops new business or expands services with the customer.

  • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

  • Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience

  • Position requires experience with leading proposals and briefing gate reviews to senior management

  • Minimum Secret Clearance

Preferred Requirements

  • Individuals with USAF or USSF experience is a benefit

  • A technical background is also a benefit due to the nature of the programs being supported

  • May be required to visit job site in an industrial environment.
