Because of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Architecture Marketing Manager II that can work remotely. This position is primarily responsible for the development, implementation, and strategic execution of the marketing plan for Woolpert's architecture and engineering markets. This position is responsible for leadership of projects, strategy, and/or people. Preferred candidate will have a background in marketing for an architecture firm. Responsibilities Strategic Marketing: Create and execute strategic marketing plans for assigned markets, working collaboratively with Leadership, Sector Leads, and Market Directors. Manage conferences, client interviews and meetings, sponsorships, customer events, association involvement, public relations, internal communications, awards, collateral materials, webinars, advertising campaigns, videos, e-mail campaigns, social media, and demonstrations. Assist in developing and implementing strategy for marketing/client development activities to support market strategies and to apply those strategies to markets throughout the firm. Identify and develop cross-sector opportunities to integrate marketing strategies to drive sales. Demonstrate leadership in advancing Woolpert in the marketplace. Work closely with subject matter experts across multiple markets to support client capture strategies. Build relationships with conference and association members. Conduct or support market research to determine future market trends. Marketing Communications: Manage brand to company standards. Develop and manage communications tactics for all physical and digital forms of media. Bring forward best practices to assist teams in execution of tactics. Develop and share innovative tactics to help move the market, sector, and firm forward. Support: Develop and manage budgets for individual markets. Assist others in budget best practices. Attend and support newer marketing managers in the attendance of national and regional conferences, tracking trade show ROI. Participate on association boards and committees to maintain market relevance. Work collaboratively with other marketing managers and the Proposals, Creative, Government Affairs, and Sales teams to consistently lead firmwide initiatives and processes. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Must have a BA/BS and ten (10) years of related professional work experience. Must possess expert Microsoft Office suite skills. Must have excellent time management skills. Must have excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 25%. Resulting Physical Qualifications: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to operate and manipulate standard office equipment. Must be able to occasionally reach, bend, climb and/or balance. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
