Seeking a Research Associate to join our team in supporting antibody product development. The successful candidate will h ave hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and with antibody-based assays (Western Blot, ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemist, etc.). Additional experience in molecular biology and protein expression/purification would also be an asset but is not required for this position.

Requirements

• Hands on experience with mammalian cell culture

• Hands on experience with antibody-based assays (Western Blot, ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry)

• Protein expression/purification (preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences

• At least 1 years experience at the bench in academia or industry (has to be actual hands on, not just in class / theory)

• At least one year of mammalian cell culture experience and must be fully independent on all aspects of cell maintenance, expansion, preservation, and general handling

• Experience working with immunoassays (Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry.)

• Experience with protein purification (gravity flow and FPLC based purification)

• Experience with protein conjugation

• Experience working in a GMP environment is a plus but not required
