We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Operative to join our team specializing in Manufacturing Gensets for our Power Systems Business Segment in Daventry

This is a Temporary Cummins Contract up to 24 months working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 6.45am – 2.45pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Ensure quality standards meet the requirements of the business.

• Follow stage process documentation and correctly document quality checks.

• Report to supervision any problems within the manufacturing line.

• Liaise with supervision on all aspects affecting the smooth running of the operation.

• To be flexible within Genset as appropriate, dependent on volume and priority.

• Complete all daily checks inclusive of 5S and Crane.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Previous assembly of factory experience beneficial.

• Knowledge of fitting mechanical & electrical components.

• Ability to work under your own initiative within the recognized process.

• Ability to self-manage and achieve production targets.
