You would be a part of the design and architecture discussions, tech stack decisions for future and scaling platforms. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Definition of specifications, design, and development of tailored solutions in collaborative meetings

• Mentorship and training as needed

• Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to outline application requirements, procedures, and to design information-processing systems

• Ensuring the functionality and performance of applications and troubleshooting any issues

• Development, testing, and debugging of intricate programs

• Programming information and procedures documentation

Candidates will be Evaluated on their:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in systems analysis, design, and programming

• Skills in writing and maintaining code (C#, VB.Net, VB6)

• Expertise in database systems and query writing (SQL, Oracle, DB2)

• Experience with website construction and programming practices (ASP, MVC)

• Ability to gather requirements, analyze, and determine feasibility of design solutions

• Broad understanding of project lifecycle

• Willingness to embrace and learn new technical skills

• Ability to prioritize a heavy workload with quality and speed

• Independent decision-making capability

• Ability to communicate effectively and cooperatively with internal and external customers

• Ability to provide on-call support for system production on a rotating basis
