Vera French is looking for a Patient Services Representative to provide compassionate customer service to clients visiting our Central Park Office, located in Davenport. As a Patient Services Representative you will facilitate the smooth running of the mental healthcare environment and support the delivery of quality patient care. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a critical role in their experience at Vera French.If you are looking to make a difference in your customer service career, this position may be for you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Welcome and greet patients, families, and visitors.
• Coordinate patient appointments, answer inquiries and provide information about the services provided by Vera French.
• Attain a high level of confidentiality and safe guard patient privacy.
• Collect copays, ensure accurate patient information, and assist patients with the completion of any necessary documentation.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Answer calls.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Associates degree required
• Excellent customer service or public relations skills required.
• Computer knowledge and Microsoft office experience
• Office setting experience preferred.
