Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Deploy: Architect, install, and configure comprehensive network infrastructures.

• Optimize Performance: Maintain servers and systems for peak performance.

• Security & Support: Administer, optimize, and secure server and network technologies.

• Automation: Write scripts to streamline and automate processes.

• Backup & Recovery: Ensure robust backup and recovery processes.

• Documentation: Develop policies and procedures for seamless knowledge sharing.

• Performance Tuning: Monitor and fine-tune system hardware and software.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve operational and performance issues.

• Capacity Planning: Plan for future network needs to sustain top performance.

• Mentorship: Guide and train junior team members and user communities.

• Help Desk Support: Assist with network infrastructure and server-related incidents.

• 24/7 Support: Participate in live site support and on-call rotations as needed.

• Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with software, hardware, and third-party vendors.

• Licensing: Monitor and manage software licensing and maintenance agreements.

• Tech Savvy: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Team Goals: Contribute to the development of team goals, policies, and procedures.

• Planning & Budgeting: Assist with annual planning and budgeting for the Network Services team.

  Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in network infrastructure and server administration.

• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and honesty.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in technologies like Cisco/Arista, Meraki, Palo Alto, VMware, Microsoft, and more.
