Shell Terminal Operations Admin in Davao City, Philippines

Where you fit in

Technical support roles reside in all the Business within Shell and are typically at the front line of the Company’s activities. Technical support involves working in teams tasked with the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of our global projects and assets.

What's the role

  • Applies a proven understanding of the assigned part of the technical support and systems, so as to provide support in handling queries, more specific technical support and or standard / specific information handling.

  • Handles basic and repetitive activities or moderately complex tasks. Deals with issues/questions of relatively low complexity, checks correctness of data and adjusts with limited number of sources of information within business supported.

  • Works within standardized work instructions and routines, work is closely supervised by manager; complex items are handed over to a senior colleague. Works under supervision of a senior colleague or own manager.

  • Supports internal stakeholders with specific information and/or query resolution.

What we need from you

We are keen to explore individuals with the following:

  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering

  • 1 to 2 years or relevant experience on admin work

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
