Hampton Lumber Mills Millwright Apprentice in Darrington, Washington
To work safely and maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others. Will have the ability to establish a working relationship with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve the goals of the organization. Must understand the mechanics of working machinery, be able to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and facilities. Ability to understand and work with work order systems, machine histories, scheduling, warehousing, and related maintenance fields.

- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Good communication skills through writing, speech, & hearing.
This position has an hourly rate of $29.30 ($60,944 annually) which does not include any applicable shift differential. Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.
The work schedule is Friday-Sunday 5:00am-3:30pm, followed by one 10 hour day during the week. Day to be determined. The schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the facility.

Responsibilities
Proficient in welding, cutting
Understand pneumatic and hydraulic systems,
Proficient use of all tools relate to the trade.
Good hand/eye coordination.
Capable of working on ladders, walking stairs, and on uneven surfaces.
Be able to operate and/or learn to operate all facility equipment to the degree needed for troubleshooting and testing.
Assist production personnel to maintain the flow of product.
Working knowledge of work orders and kitting process.
Attend any training necessary to upgrade performance.
Operate machinery in a safe manner so injury does not occur to operator or any employee in the area.
Notify supervisor of any problems that arise during the shift.
