Ihre Mission als Manager Quality (m/w/d)

Als Mitglied des Leadership-Teams halten Sie die Qualität unserer Batteriemodule und -systeme auf allerhöchstem Niveau. In Ihrer Verantwortung liegen sämtliche Normen, Standards, Prozesse, Dokumente und Kennzahlen, und in diesem Zusammenhang die übergeordnete Führung unserer Teams für Kunden-, Lieferanten- und Produktionsqualität sowie QMS und Messlabor.

Im Detail umfasst ihre Verantwortung

• die Führung und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an den Standorten Darmstadt und Langen

• alle Prozesse und Dokumente im Integrierten Managementsystem

• das IMS- und QMS-Reporting gegenüber der Werksleitung und Geschäftsführung

• die Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Änderungsprojekten

• die Zertifizierung und Aufrechterhaltung gängiger Qualitätsnormen (insbesondere IATF und VDA)

• die Typ-Genehmigungen und Homologation (KBA)

• die Schnittstellenverantwortung zu allen DBS Reporting Units weltweit

• die Konzeption von werksübergreifenden QM-Schulungen

Das bringen Sie mit

• ein abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im QS Management der Automobil- oder Zuliefererindustrie

• Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement, z.B. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, COP-P/COP-Q, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 oder 45001

• Kenntnisse einschlägigen Normen und Methoden wie APQP, A3/8D-Report, FMEA, Six Sigma, Prozessflows, KPI

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit EU-Richtlinien und Behörden

• hands-on Mentalität

• Reisebereitschaft weltweit (Umfang etwa 10%)

• sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie SAP
