Conagra Supervisor Sanitation in Darien, Wisconsin
Job Summary
You will work at our Darien, WI, Birds Eye Foods facility reporting to the Sr Food quality and regulatory affairs specialist. You will be responsible for sanitation requirements of machinery, equipment, and facilities. You will work Tuesday through Saturday from 2 pm to 10:30 pm
Position Responsibilities
You will lead, and monitor the plant sanitation crew, its processes, and its methods
You will work with the plant Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS), the Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) per USDA regulations, the Plant Improvement Plan (PIP), and Environmental Swabbing Program
You will conduct periodic plant inspections and audits, tracking progress of corrective actions
Position Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree desired
Experience with Food Safety Guidelines/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Experience with government regulations (FDA, USDA)
3 years related experience

While performing the tasks of this job, you are regularly required to talk and hear. You are frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
