Immediate opening for an Office Assistant for this Danbury company. Pay rate $ $20hr..

Responsibilities for the Office Assistant include but are not limited to the following:

  • Handle incoming accounts receivable – batch checks

  • Apply payments

  • Contact customers to inform about their service scheduled

  • General office duties

Office Assistant candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years exp in an office support position

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must have fast and accurate data entry skills

  • Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize

Hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday - Fridays

Pay rate $20 hr

Danbury, CT location - IN-OFFICE ONLY

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
