Requirements
10 years of HVAC Technician experience is requested.
Enthusiastic about sharing your HVAC knowledge with students of all skill levels.
Teaching experience a plus, (have you trained less skilled employees in jobs you have held) well you are just what we are looking for.
High school diploma/GED, HVAC Skilled trades education and EPA 608 universal certificate needed.
Responsibilities
Teach HVAC Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training curriculum.
Provide hands-on HVAC training for student development.
Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting.
Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology!
