WEDS-FRI 2p-10p, SAT 9a-9p (36 Hours - Full-Time)
THURS-FRI 1p-10p, SAT 9a-9p (30 Hours - Full-Time)

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma & Valid Driver's License
Pay Rate: $21 / hour
Responsibilities:
Provide enhanced support across designated programs for individuals with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities
Immerse individuals into the community through engaging activities, fostering socialization and independence
Assist with daily living, including cooking, cleaning, and hands-on care, creating a supportive living environment
Facilitate transportation for appointments and outings, ensuring seamless access to services and recreational opportunities
Contribute to positive behavior reinforcement, goal planning, and socialization skill development
Collaborate on proper documentation of daily case notes, maintaining accurate and organized records.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license is required
Willingness to learn, 1 year of experience preferred.
