Your Role
As Customer Excellence Specialist you organise and supervise the transport of all orders and ensure that your customers are overall satisfied. You act as the customer's front line support by providing information and answering questions while building and maintaining a strong and trustful partnership with customers, suppliers and colleagues. The specialist is responsible for the profitability of orders, correct invoicing and data quality.
Your Responsibilities
Arrange and supervise the transport of cargo
Ensure all systems are kept up to date promptly
Monitor the operational performance of all involved parties and report any issues that may occur
Review and ensure that any KPIs agreed with the customer are met
Participate in training to develop yourself and your knowledge
Immediately report problems when they occur
Execute the business in line with rates given by ensuring profit maximization
Manage GP planning
Your Skills and Experiences
Fluent communicator with strong presentation skills in English
Arabic language skills is preferred
Problem solving skills
Analytical skills
