MOLARI Employment & Healthcare Services Welder in Dalton, Massachusetts

Dalton company is need of a Full-Time Temporary Welder who will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to project specifications. This is a full time role, working Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Will consider all skill levels with pay based on experience. Pay range \$18-\$22/HR. Key Responsibilities: - Metal Welding: Perform welding on various metals including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel using techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. - Fabrication: Cut, shape, and assemble metal components based on blueprints and technical specifications. - Quality Inspection: Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. - Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition. - Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment. - Material Handling: Properly handle, store, and organize welding materials and tools. Qualifications: - Experience: Previous experience in welding and metal fabrication is required. Familiarity with various welding techniques is preferred. - Skills: Strong skills in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. - Safety Knowledge: Understanding and adherence to welding safety practices and procedures. - Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in various positions. Education: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Relevant vocational training or certification in welding is a plus.
