A growing manufacturer located in Dalton, Georgia are searching searching for a Financial Analyst, who will play a pivotal role in providing financial and analytical support to our operations team. The position calls for a detailed individual to develop and complete ongoing financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and financial data with an emphasis on cost analysis

• Assist in the creation of financial models for analytics to support organizational decision-making

• Develop financial plans and reports for organizational leaders

• Evaluate financial measures and prepare financial forecasts

• Conduct industry trend analysis and make recommendations based on findings

• Prepare financial reports and budgets

• Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for efficient data use

• Maintain accurate inventory records

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, within the Manufacturing industry is a plus

• Proven expertise in Capital Management

• Demonstrated experience with Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

• Proficiency in Financial Analysis is a must

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

• Experience with Variance Analysis is required
