We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep or Front Office Rep for a company in Dalton, GA. Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years office experience, comfortable using MS Office and able to help translate (English/Spanish) as needed. salary: $14 - $16 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Employee will greet customers, answer phones, transfer calls, assist clients with payments and billing. Must have receptionist experience or other front office work history and be able to multi task for a busy front office. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to communicate in English & Spanish. Will also need to have a high level of professionalism and able to work under pressure & with deadlines. Ideal candidate will also possess good computer skills and be tech savy with texting, emails and apps. Work schedule is Mondays to Fridays (8a-5p) + every other Saturday (8a-12p).

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
