Your key responsibilities

• Shadowing Process Operations staff and/or Technical Supervisors during the daily activities on plant and in the control room.

• Assisting with the monitoring, controlling and managing the production and utilities processes from the field and control room while complying with safety, environmental and quality requirements.

• Following instructions from the Control Room, Field Operator and Technician to carry out tasks as required

• Assist in Execution of safety, food safety and quality controls in adherence with site procedures;

• Cleaning process equipment and plant as required and assisting in preparing/charging raw materials for the entire process;

• Assiting monitoring laboratory and other relevant process related results;

You bring

• Prospective applicants will need to have or attain five passes at National 5 (including English), together with attainment or predicted to have attained two Higher qualifications by August 2024: one of which is to be Chemistry, Biology/Human Biology; Physics or Maths. Current and/or predicted Higher grades must be at level C or above.

• For all roles you must be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, work well in a team environment, demonstrate a talent for practical skills and be prepared to make a positive contribution to the site.
