We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager IT Delivery to lead our Platform Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and operations of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on-premises, AEM as a Cloud Service, AEM platform operations, web and mobile architecture, and the integration of personalization and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and technical expertise in AEM and related technologies.In this role, you will:

• Leadership and Management:

• Lead and manage the Platform Engineering team, ensuring effective delivery and operations of AEM solutions.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the capabilities and performance of the AEM platform and related technologies.

• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• AEM Platform Management:

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of AEM on-premises and AEM as a Cloud Service.

• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of AEM platforms, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

• Web and Mobile Architecture:

• Design and implement robust web and mobile architectures that integrate seamlessly with AEM and other enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant, and secure web and mobile applications.

• Personalization and AEP Integration:

• Lead the integration of personalization strategies and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) into the AEM ecosystem.

• Drive the implementation of data-driven personalization to enhance user experiences across web and mobile channels.

• Operations and Performance Optimization:

• Oversee the operations of AEM platforms, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Implement processes and tools for efficient incident management, change management, and continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other IT teams to align platform engineering initiatives with business goals.

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

AEM Expertise:

• Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on-premises and AEM as a Cloud Service.

• Proven track record of managing and optimizing AEM platforms, including configuration, deployment, and maintenance.

Technical Leadership:

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and driving strategic initiatives.

• Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Web and Mobile Architecture:

• Deep understanding of web and mobile architecture principles, including front-end and back-end development.

• Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications.

Integration and Personalization:

• Experience with integrating personalization strategies and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) into AEM.

• Strong knowledge of data-driven personalization techniques and best practices.

Operations Management:

• Proven experience in managing platform operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices for incident management and change management.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Cloud Platforms:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, particularly in the context of AEM as a Cloud Service.

• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and services.

DevOps Practices:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC).

• Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for AEM and related technologies.

Security and Compliance:

• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements for web and mobile applications.

• Experience implementing security controls and conducting security assessments.

Agile Methodologies:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using Agile tools like Jira or Confluence.

• Ability to drive Agile practices and foster a collaborative, iterative development process.

Stakeholder Management:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.

What it takes:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in IT delivery, with a focus on platform engineering and AEM.

• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing technical teams and driving strategic initiatives.
