Our team helps organisations set their compensation strategies through analysis of industry benchmarks, company policies and culture, and employee performance. As part of our team, you’ll help our clients determine their compensation structure, executive pay packages, legal and regulatory requirements, tax implications, and financial reporting and accounting advice.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the structuring of design, regulatory, compliance, financial reporting and technical aspects of compensation arrangements in either a major law-firm, consulting or corporate environment with areas of focus to include a combination of any of the following:
Broad based Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits including, qualified and non-qualified plans, executive compensation and health & welfare arrangements, compensation plan design, theories, common practices and their administration;
Standard and non-traditional job evaluation methodologies, senior and executive compensation, salary structures, merit budget development;
Payroll administration, day to day processes, ability to understand the payroll life cycle and challenges;
Equity/Stock based compensation and international treatment;
Talent/Job architecture and salary structure;
Compensation tax, policy research, analysis and working with complex tax issues;
Compensation and Benefits accounting and valuations; and,
Financial Wellness programs to provide broad based and executive education and guidance on benefit plans and total rewards.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
