As a Wireless Engineer at Stryker, you will be responsible for the technical infrastructure evaluation stage of the deployment process, working with the extended account team as a key technical advisor and product advocate. You will evaluate and provide consultative feedback on the customer’s infrastructure regarding Stryker’s Vocera technology solutions. Evaluation activities include understanding the customer's comprehensive infrastructure and analyzing their mobile communications and workflow requirements.
What you will do:
Partner with the team to help educate customers on the infrastructure requirements of Stryker’s Vocera solutions.
Work closely with the customer's IT team to ensure they fully understand our deployment methodologies and requirements
Qualify the customer's network infrastructure via assessments using Ekahau, AI Pro Survey, Omnipeek, and Wireshark analysis tools
Provide feedback and consultation on any remediation that may be necessary for a successful customer experience.
What you need:
Required:
Bachelors in Information Technology or a related field
Understanding or training of Windows and cloud architectures
Understanding or training of server virtualization
70% travel throughout US
Preferred:
2 years relatable experience preferred
Experience deploying mobile apps for smart phones via MDM solutions
Understanding or training of wireless or networking technologies
CCNA and/or CWNP certifications preferred
