ManpowerGroup Treasury Management Sales Coordinator in Dallas, Texas

Location: Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Minneapolis, MN, Denver, CO

Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr W2

One of our enterprise Fortune 50 Financial Services Clients is seeking a Treasury Client Success Specialist. to join a growing sales team. This role drives the execution of Treasury Management customer’s digital payment conversion initiatives. This team will promote customer’s payment strategy and advocate on behalf of customer’s campaign parameters during every supplier conversation.

What you will do in this role:

Participate in planning and execution of tactical activities and projects within Business Growth Strategy functional area that directly support or assist in implementation and optimization of efforts for growth opportunities in an assigned market. Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies. Research, identify, and select best channels and product combinations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage in marketplace and meet the unique needs of customers.

  • Support in conducting outbound call and mail campaigns

  • Work with clients and other Treasury Management Sales individuals to define campaign strategy and maximize effectiveness and apply knowledge of accounts payable processes to effectively articulate the value proposition to suppliers

  • Perform moderately complex administrative, transactions and operational tasks within Treasury Management Sales functional area

  • Contact the suppliers of existing commercial customers, with the goal of enrolling them in electronic payment solutions

  • Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine inquiries in the Treasury Management Sales functional area

  • Interact with Treasury Management Sales team and functional area on a wide range of information

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Experience in outbound sales

  • Experience in phone based sales

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Knowledge and understanding of B2B outbound sales or client support, general banking, or treasury management

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processing
