Description

We are searching for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team. Based in Dallas, Texas, this role is within the healthcare industry and involves maintaining fiscal budgets, conducting detailed financial analysis, and developing financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining ongoing fiscal budgets and conducting departmental cost analysis

• Perform various types of analysis to support the identification and implementation of strategic financial objectives

• Develop, interpret, and implement financial reports for the team

• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve financial efficiency

• Assess and develop relevant financial information for the finance and management team

• Provide ad hoc analysis as and when required

• Forecasting / Budgeting / Modeling

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in Business Systems, Data Mining Techniques, Budget Processes, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Budgeting, and Financial Modeling

• Proven ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Forecasting / Budgeting / Modeling
