Salad and Go Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition in Dallas, Texas

This position is required to work out of our Dallas, TX office 4-5 days per week. Relocation to the Dallas area will be required for non-local candidates.

Recipes from our very own Michelin-star trained chef, are prepared in our own central kitchens, delivered directly to our stores where our team members prepare made to order salads, wraps and breakfast burritos for our guests. Focused on a simple, convenient drive-thru only model, Salad and Go operates in more than 130 locations across Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada and is expanding rapidly into new states. As the leader of Salad and Go's Talent Acquisition function, you will spearhead the development and implementation of purposeful strategies to attract performance driven people. Your role involves designing innovative tactics that will showcase our Brand’s Mission and Purpose in support of Salad and Go’s fast growth across stores, support teams, and central kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with leaders across the organization to fulfill hiring needs in alignment with SAG’s business priorities.

  • Collaborate with leadership to position Salad and Go as an employer of choice.

  • Own the candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding experience, proactively addressing challenges and need for process improvement.

  • Utilize knowledge of industry to highlight SAG’s unique career prospects and benefits to prospective candidates.

  • Build a candidate pipeline, cultivating relationships within talent pools for current and future hiring.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of candidates' qualifications and status in compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Core Skills: 7-10 years of recruiting experience

  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading and developing individuals and teams.

  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in using data and metrics to measure the success of recruiting process and identify areas for improvement.

  • Technology Adoption: Is confident with technology and AI. Experience with Workday, preferred.

  • Restaurant Field Experience: Providing support for a distributed workforce.
