In SAP programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects within an organisation. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Working in SAP programme management, you will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions.

The Opportunity
As part of the SAP Program Management team you consult, design, implement, support, and lead significant tracks on larger projects or lead mid-sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite. As a Senior Manager you guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You leverage your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, and develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Specializing in ITIL v3 or other Service-based principles
Managing large software applications
Interacting with experienced client buyers and influencers
Developing complex onsite implementation and outsourcing proposals
Leading technical development efforts and off-shore resources
Designing, building, testing, and deploying SAP solutions
Evaluating new support processes and competitive offerings
Collaborating with Technical, Solution, Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams
Developing strategy and presenting to various levels of industry audiences

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
