Job Description:
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to conduct research on a wide variety of topics related to the physics of the solar wind, collisionless shock waves and the Earth’s magnetosphere. The incumbent will analyze particle and wave measurements from MMS , Parker Solar Probe, Van Allen Probes, THEMIS and other spacecraft to understand the underlying plasma physics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D in a related field.
Preferred Education and Experience:
A Ph.D. in space physics or a closely related field.
