Our client in Dallas, Tx is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter IV

Location: Dallas, TX 75254

Pay Range: Competitive

Schedule : In office Tues-Thurs (every other Friday off)

What's the Job?

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization.

• Utilize Workday and applicant tracking systems to track candidates and manage hiring workflows.

• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

• Implement creative sourcing strategies, including social media recruiting, to attract top talent.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws throughout the recruitment process.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
