Innovative Lubricant and Oil manufacturer in DFW is looking for a QC Lab Tech to join their growing team on a temp to hire basis! They offer competitive pay, Performance and Attendance Bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unmatched opportunities for development!

Pay: $23-25/hr DOE

Schedule: 1st Shift - 6a-6p 2/2/3

Location: Dallas, TX

FUNCTIONS

• Conduct inspections, monitoring, and measurements of materials, products, and processes, including incoming raw materials, purchased goods, manufacturing stages, finished products, stored items, and pre-shipment evaluations.

• Approve or maintain detailed inspection records.

• Confirm adherence to batch tickets and procedural guidelines.

• Suggest adjustments as necessary, such as optimizing temperatures, pressures, sampling methods, and ensuring samples are taken at designated points on batch tickets, while also reviewing aspects like gluing, assembly, label placement, parts, and hoses.

• Ensure that nonconforming products are quarantined and appropriately tagged.

• Inspect finished goods before shipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, related field OR Equivalent in experience

• Minimum of 2 years working in a QC manufacturing lab or similar role.
