Description We are offering an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role is integral to our operations, requiring the successful candidate to handle a diverse range of tasks and work closely with our existing Project Managers and administrative staff. The role is a contract to permanent position, offering long-term security and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and distribute project contracts and change orders

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of proposals and bids

• Provide administrative support for ongoing and new projects

• Maintain and set up electronic files to ensure smooth project management

• Compose, edit and distribute letters, memos, reports, and other correspondence in a timely manner

• Compile all necessary project documents for the end of Project Manual for Owner (Closeout)

• Act as a liaison between office personnel and external parties such as other company offices, subcontractors, clients, field personnel, etc.

• Ensure orders and reports are processed as required by company personnel

• Provide assistance with receptionist duties as needed

• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, IBM, About Time, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, and Communication to enhance project management processes and outcomes. Requirements • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management tasks

• Sound understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies

• Strong knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems

• Experience with IBM tools and technologies

• Proficiency in using About Time for time tracking

• Practical experience with Agile Scrum methodologies

• Knowledge and understanding of Budget Processes

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Familiarity with Construction industry standards and processes.
