Robert Half Project Manager in Dallas, Texas

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the non-profit industry, based in Dallas, Texas. As a Project Manager, you will be managing various operational and administrative tasks, including facilitating market research, assisting in the development of promotional and training materials, and coordinating logistics for conferences and product testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and development of training and promotional materials for different teams.

• Help in coordinating the development of product webpage design and content.

• Facilitate communication with Training Centers and client companies to gather valuable market research and product feedback.

• Support the development of marketing surveys, presentations, and reporting as required.

• Assist with operational product marketing tasks including product input into systems, writing product announcements, and completing metadata forms.

• Coordinate logistics and communication for conferences and product testing at various companies.

• Engage in administrative tasks including scheduling and taking notes for meetings, coordinating travel, completing expense reports, ordering supplies, shipping, and summarizing meeting notes.

• Help with other product marketing related tasks as necessary.

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with the non-profit sector and related regulations

• Availability to travel as needed for project execution.
