The Office of Financial Aid is seeking for an individual with experience in higher education financial aid, student finance, and/or scholarship programs to fill our Program Specialist II position. Apply now to join our team!

The Program Specialist II assists with the management of complex aspects of Enrollment Management scholarships. This position is responsible for reconciliation of scholarship payments, monitoring scholarship awards, maintaining an accurate and timely awarding process, and identifying potential risks. Provides data analyses and fulfills internal data requests related to scholarships. Develops processes and makes process and policy recommendations to ensure effectiveness. Maintains knowledge of applicable policies, procedures and requirements and ensures compliance. Acts as key contact for Enrollment Management staff supporting scholarship management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with five years of experience working with students and programs in higher education, or related community programs; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
