Description We are in the detail oriented services industry, located in Dallas, Texas, and we are looking for a detail oriented Estate Advisor. In this role, you will be discussing and planning with clients on how best to manage their estates, including assets and debts. Your responsibilities will also include advising on issues such as trust funds, advanced medical directives, and wealth administration.

Responsibilities: • Engage in detailed discussions with clients about their end-of-life needs and the composition of their estates. • Proactively plan and provide advice to clients on wealth administration and related issues. • Review all documents associated with the client's last will and testament, insurance policies, unpaid bills and any trust funds upon their demise. • Carry out the client's final wishes within the scope of the law, including distributing property, paying debts, and initiating the process of administering any trust funds. • Develop training manuals for different estate levels, focusing on aspects like revocable trusts, life insurance, beneficiaries, and asset titling. • Oversee the planning and execution of advanced estate planning. • Discuss with clients their plans for asset distribution. • Review and provide recommendations on wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. • Advise clients on different options such as retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance. • Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action. Requirements • Proficiency in the use of 3M

• Experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with Adaptive Insights

• Proficiency in utilizing CRM

• Knowledgeable in EPM

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience in Annual Budget preparation

• Understanding of Budget Processes

• Ability to work with a Business Unit

• Experience in Capital Management
