Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Manager in Dallas, Texas. This role is within the industry, where you will be expected to manage and review payroll processes, especially those related to legacy systems and Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage payroll processes with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud and legacy systems

• Monitor and rectify any payroll errors and streamline the process for improved efficiency

• Utilize Oracle Fusion for managing offshore resources and ensuring smooth operations

• Handle payroll processing in sequential order, which may include nights and weekends

• Contribute valuable insights and expertise in payroll management, leveraging your strong knowledge base

• Adapt quickly to existing setups and implement best practices to rectify any errors

• Focus on process improvement and proactive delivery while managing any retroactive issues handled by HRIS

• Leverage skills in Oracle Cloud, Process Documentation, PeopleSoft, Reconcile Payroll, ADP - Payroll, and Payroll Tax Reporting

• Demonstrate agility and confidence in troubleshooting and system optimization. Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Payroll Manager role or similar capacity

• Proficiency in using Oracle Cloud is required

• Experience in Process Documentation is necessary

• Must have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft

• Ability to Reconcile Payroll is a key requirement

• Familiarity with ADP - Payroll system is essential

• Payroll Tax Reporting skills are required

• Previous experience in the Restaurant industry is preferred
