Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in OSP Fiber Design, FTTH Engineering, and GIS platforms such as ArcGIS Pro or Vetro. This role involves providing high-quality service and evaluating customer requests in various technical spaces, including central offices, wire centers, and designated enterprise spaces. The Design Engineer will work independently, build strong customer relationships, and deliver

exceptional results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze input documents from customers or field engineers, focusing on critical dates and detailed information.

• Complete construction designs using customer CAD/GIS platforms, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

• Compile required documentation and reports to meet customer deliverables.

• Apply engineering judgment to ensure efficient cable placement and construction safety.

• Update procedures as needed to meet customer or equipment requirements.

• Assist field installation teams in resolving technical issues.

• Attend customer meetings as necessary.

Top Skills Required:

• OSP Fiber Design Experience

• FTTH Engineering Experience

• GIS Experience with ArcGIS Pro or Vetro

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in OSP Fiber Design and FTTH Engineering.

• Proficiency in GIS platforms, particularly ArcGIS Pro or Vetro.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
