Division Information
PACCAR Leasing, a PACCAR division, was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. PacLease is one of the fastest-growing commercial truck leasing companies in the transportation industry. With independent and company-owned locations throughout the United States and Canada, PacLease provides customized full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance programs designed to meet your specific fleet needs.
Requisition Summary
At PacLease our goal is to provide premium products and a complete suite of transportation services with the lowest cost of ownership to our customers. The PacLease Operations Coordinator will support the PacLease Remote Operations (PRO) team in fleet operations for assigned PacLease Customer Accounts. This is a 100% on-site position in Dallas, TX.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Provide effective and professional fleet related support for PacLease Customer Accounts.
Schedule and coordinate remote customer maintenance.
Schedule over the road work for customer accounts as necessary.
Provide customer service to fleet customers through PACCAR Call Center processes.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with PacLease Company Store & PacLease Franchise service departments.
Manage accounts payable/receivable for PacLease Remote Operations Department and other operational expenses.
Responsible for resolving customer billing discrepancies.
Administer Warranty claims, Fuel Tax billing, and Toll and Licensing processing for fleet customers.
Administer fleet inspection visits.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1-3 years customer service or truck/trailer maintenance service department experience.
1-3 years of related experience, preferably in a full-service leasing and/or maintenance environment.
Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
Customer billing experience preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, effective time management.
Prefer rental/leasing and/or maintenance industry experience.
Understands administrative and maintenance features of Full Service Lease Operations.
Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities.

Education
High School Degree or GED required.
Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
