Mission Control I

Work hours: PRN, Rotating Days

Here’s What You Need

· High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

· 6 months related experience preferred

· 6 months customer service experience preferred

· CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation 90 Days Req

What You Will Do

· Utilizes Real Time Location System (RTLS) to track equipment.

· Uses system to maintain par levels on units, pick up dirty equipment, track usage of beds and rental equipment

· Visualizes and tracks other rental equipment as needed

· Makes sure equipment usage and other information is communicated to lead/supervisor.

· Transports patient care equipment, supplies, and other applicable supporting items throughout the hospital.

· Prioritizes non-patient care moves to complement patient care moves

· Ensures service standards as defined by THD are upheld and scores well on customer satisfaction metrics such as Press Ganey, HCAHPS, and/or Internal Survey.
