KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a key team member of the Strategic Planning Group at KPMG, which functions as a core team for Strategic Planning in support of the Chief Strategy Officer

  • Manage workstreams with juniors as well as do sleeves rolled-up complex analyses and presentation development in support of Strategic Planning and firmwide strategy projects

  • Create data-driven insights, develop strategic perspectives, and model potential outcomes of various business scenarios

  • Contribute to the department/firm objectives of ensuring the Firm's five-year strategy is robust and backed by data-rich analysis

  • Ensure strategy is successfully integrated into the Function/Support Function/Global strategic plans and is validated bottoms-up by those Function strategies

  • Check that strategy can be monitored and is driven at the Management Committee level on an on-going basis

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent relevant work experience in strategy consulting, financial analysis, business analytics, or other business / financial related roles

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in business administration, engineering, or other analytical related field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university in business administration is preferred

  • Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills and the ability to frame business cases with a financial mindset; executive presence and experience managing and mentoring junior resources

  • Excellent critical thinking skills to frame up unstructured problems with a strategic perspective, guide analysis, and draw conclusions from various data sources and analyses

  • Ability to travel up to 10-25%

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
