Maintenance Technician - Dallas, Tx

Up to $72k - 1st / 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a background in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, rollers, ovens, and freezers/chillers. This role involves maintaining and performing preventive maintenance (PM) in an egg roll manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform preventive maintenance (PM) in the egg roll manufacturing plant.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, rollers, ovens, and freezers/chillers.

• Ensure all machinery and equipment are functioning correctly to maintain production efficiency.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address and resolve technical problems.

• Document and report maintenance activities and equipment status.

Essential Skills

• 2-5 years of maintenance experience in the food and beverage industry.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, rollers, ovens, and freezers/chillers.

• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

Work Environment

The maintenance department consists of a team of 6-10 members, working alongside 150-200 production staff. The schedule is Monday to Friday with frequent Saturdays. We have openings for both 1st and 2nd shifts. Slip-resistant shoes are required for safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $72000.00

DP, benefits including dental, vision, medical, PTO, cook outs, great break room, promote from within, overtime available

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Dallas,TX.
