Description

We are looking for a highly motivated litigation attorney to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong personal injury background and be able to handle complex cases from start to finish. The position will involve representing clients in civil and catastrophic personal injury trials, as well as in pre-trial motions and hearings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Prepare for and present cases at trial

• Interview witnesses and gather evidence

• Negotiate settlements

• Maintain relationships with clients and opposing counsel

• Stay up-to-date on legal developments

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas

• 3+ years of experience in litigation

• Strong research and writing skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
