AT&T Lead Talent Acquisition - Early Careers Team in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provides client support for departments seeking early career talent and for AT&T Development Programs; specializes in identifying early career talent for intern and full time needs

  • Develops valued partnerships with key members of the client organizations and serves as trusted advisor in understanding their hiring needs and developing the recruitment strategy to fulfill hi

  • Collaborates with clients to understand staffing gaps and expected future workforce requirements.

  • Facilitates recurring meetings with client teams to drive alignment, provide recruitment and applicant pipeline status, and to stay apprised of business and program changes.

  • Utilizes reporting to maintain a holistic view of the applicant pipeline and to determine when virtual sourcing and campus activity needs to be heightened or reduced. Utilizes market data to identify trends, provide insights, and to support data driven recommendations.

  • Provides on-going status and education to the broader team so they are equipped to effectively represent the opportunity and pursue the desired profile to drive qualified applicants to the pipeline.

  • Participates in the full cycle recruitment process, responsible for requisition creation, sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, candidate selection, salary negotiation, offer extension, background check initiation, and ensuring compliance is upheld in end to end process

  • May create sourcing strategies to build an active pipeline of quality talent through the use of virtual platforms, internet boards, referral networks and industry specific user groups to identify passive candidates.

  • The creation of sourcing strategies include significant coordination with the client on required skills, identifying competitor information and researching industry terms.

  • May utilize technology, LinkedIn, Handshake, RippleMatch, social media, and other platforms as a means of marketing, connecting and communicating with potential applicants.

  • Delivers presentations to clients and candidates and may utilize technology platforms to plan and lead virtual engagements with candidates and virtual schools.

  • Responsible for fostering a positive candidate experience, adhering to metrics that drive timeliness of candidate engagement, providing thorough and accurate information, and making each touch point with candidates meaningful.

  • This individual will effectively represent the AT&T brand and be knowledgeable about all AT&T leadership development programs and internship opportunities. They will adhere to the necessary hiring and team metrics to include the management of the talent acquisition process, including requisition management, interview activity level, applicant tracking and candidate disposition and will ensure that recruiting and hiring activities are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.

  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

  • Must be resourceful, possess a curiosity to learn, and be adaptable.

  • Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documentation, reporting and presentations.

  • Comfortable with data analysis, leveraging reporting and market data to identify trends, insights and make data driven recommendations

  • Must be a team player who fosters a Win as One spirit

  • Previous TA/staffing experience is a plus

  • Workday proficiency is a plus

Our Lead Talent Acquisition - Early Careers Team earn between 118,800.00 - 178,200.00 USD Annua. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
