AT&T Lead Product Marketing in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from internal systems to assess our competitive landscape specific in the Mid-Markets segment. Your insights will play a critical role in shaping our strategic decision-making processes and guiding our competitive positioning for both our wireline and wireless products in the market. These products include AT&T Dedicated Internet, AT&T Business Fiber, and AT&T Internet Air - Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and analyze data from internal systems to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities related to AT&T Business products, pricing, promotions, and market share.

  • Monitor and track AT&T's performance metrics, including subscriber numbers, revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to understand AT&T's strategic initiatives, product roadmap, marketing campaigns, and competitive differentiation strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and finance, to integrate competitive intelligence into business planning and execution.

  • Stay updated on industry news, market research reports, and competitor announcements to provide timely insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key findings and actionable recommendations.

  • Proactively identify emerging competitive threats and opportunities and recommend strategic responses to mitigate risks and capitalize on market trends.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance internal processes and tools for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating competitive intelligence insights.

  • Cultivate relationships with external industry analysts, consultants, and research firms to augment internal intelligence-gathering efforts.

  • Considered an expert within the discipline.

Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).

Experience: Typically requires 3+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, business analysis, or a related role. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
