AT&T Lead Advanced Analytics in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

Overall Purpose:

This career step requires senior level experience. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced analytics solutions using the Microsoft Power Suite (including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps). Candidate must have extensive experience in Power BI and Power Automate, with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights and automating business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions using the Microsoft Power Suite.

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.

  • Develop and deploy Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.

  • Create and manage Power Apps to support data entry, data management, and other business needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management and governance.

  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of analytics solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements with Microsoft Fabric, the Microsoft Power Suite, and advanced analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced analytics, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Power Suite.

  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.

  • Extensive experience with Power Automate for creating workflows and automating processes.

  • Experience with Power Apps for building custom applications.

  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Certification in Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other data analytics tools and platforms.

  • Knowledge of SQL (Snowflake, Databricks) and other database management systems.

  • Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics.

Our Lead Advanced Analytics earn between 130,700.00 - 196,100.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
