Responsibilities
- Implement Schneider Production Standards to establish, maintain, and enhance the production equipment and processes with a focus on reducing downtime, improving quality, continuous improvement, and safety.
- Responsible for deploying Lean methodologies to improve safety, quality, or productivity: which may include VSM (value stream mapping), SMED (single minute exchange of dies), 8-Wastes, Takt Time, Jidoka, PokaYoke, Kaizen, MTM (motion and time movements) LADM (Line Architecture Design Methodology), MPH (Material Providing and Handling) and Six Sigma.
- Conduct Time-motion studies and develop standardized work instructions.
- Develop and lead projects by applying 6 sigma principles to conduct process flow analysis, improve process time, create cycle time definitions, improve 1st pass yield, reduce process variation, and improve process stability.
- Determine manufacturing process layout optimization.
- Responsible for monitoring efficiency indicators, KE, OEE, NEE, IE and to take actions to improve the efficiency and capacity of the line.
- Provide manufacturing engineering support for technologies that support Smart Factory (Industry 4.0) deployment.

``` - Bachelor of Science in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University is required (Prefer Industrial Engineering degree). - 5 years Industrial Engineering experience in an automated industrial environment. - Manufacturing process Layout optimization. - Experience in Time-motion studies and standardized work. - Hands-on experience with LEAN concepts (i.e., VSM, SMED, 8-Wastes, Takt Time, Jidoka, PokaYoke) and 6-Sigma project development - Strong problem-solving skills. - Pro-E / CREO / AutoCAD proficiency.
