WIAM ( Workforce Identity and Access Management ) Governance Specialist :
Administer WIAM certifications within the Centralized Certification Team (CCT)
Gather and establish metrics for WIAM governance processes
Create standardized process documentation for WIAM governance activities
Conduct quality assurance processes to ensure WIAM review framework integrity
Ensure overall WIAM governance program health, especially within the Privileged space
Document WIAM governance/certification processes, including pre-review, mid-review, and post-review activities
Create, execute, and provide metrics on Quality Assurance processes
Execute governance processes across all corporate platforms in a timely manner
Work with current IGA (Identity Governance and Administration ) / PAM (Privileged Access Management) tooling: Oracle Identity Manager, CyberArk, and PIG (Privileged Identity Governance - internally developed tool)
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
Experience with identity and access management, preferably in regulated industries such as banking or financial services
Expertise in CyberArk and understanding of identity, credential, and access management concepts
Knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and technical/engineering skills in IAM
Experience with SharePoint administration and SQL for managing large datasets
Proficiency in Excel for data management, including data models, macros, pivot tables, reporting, and dashboarding
Understanding of fine-grain and coarse-grain access permissions/authorizations, including entitlements management
Knowledge of authorization models and concepts (e.g., ACLs, DACLs, RBAC, ABAC, Policy/Claims)
Experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change Management, Request)
Ability to create procedures, SOPs, and job aids using tools like Microsoft Word and Visio
Experience handling audit requests and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
