Description We are in the process of recruiting a Financial Analyst to become a part of our healthcare team in Dallas, Texas. The selected individual will be tasked with a variety of functions, including financial planning and analysis (FP& A), data visualization, and financial modeling, among other things.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial planning and analysis tasks with a high level of accuracy

• Utilize advanced excel skills for financial computations

• Operate and manage enterprise financial systems

• Develop and present financial reports for senior management

• Use data visualization software, particularly Power BI

• Merge and manage data from various sources including management reporting and budgeting systems

• Handle large data sets and generate meaningful reports from them

• Conduct ad-hoc reporting as required by the organization

• Construct financial presentations for senior level management

• Perform light financial modeling tasks to support decision-making processes

• Utilize accounting software systems and CRM for financial tasks

• Employ data mining techniques for financial analysis

• Oversee various accounting functions and accrual accounting processes

• Participate in auditing and budget processes

• Contribute to capital management strategies within the organization. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Ability to utilise Crystal Reports

• Understanding and application of Data Mining Techniques

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accrual Accounting

• Skills in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Knowledge of Capital Management in the healthcare industry
