About the Intern Program

As an Intern at TI, you will be assigned meaningful projects related to your educational background that are challenging, rewarding and beneficial to the Facilities organization. The projects focus on cost and energy reduction, plant and process safety improvements, reliability improvement and problem solving. You will be integrated into the team and supported by engineers, technicians, operators and the leadership team as you work through their projects. About the Job

Mechanical Engineering interns will have the opportunity to work on issues related to thermodynamics, heat transfer, gas and fluid mechanics, process control, and psychometric processes. They will gain hands-on experience by supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations. These projects will support industrial HVAC, cleanroom, compressed air, cooling water or process exhaust systems. To learn more about this job, please watch our day-in-the-life video:

Chemical Engineering interns will have the opportunity to work on issues related to the generation, storage or delivery of over 50 varieties of chemicals and gasses. Interns may also focus on ultrapure water generation or industrial waste water treatment and reuse. They will gain hands-on experience by supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA
