Job Summary and Description:
The ETL developer is expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams from business units and IT in order to build, test, document and sustain data integration programs, primarily usingSAP BTP Integration Suite also known as CPI Cloud Platform Integration and SAP Data Services.
EPRI IT follows DevOps model and so developers are also expected to sustain and support high quality software in operations including participation in on-call rotation.
Serves as senior technical expert responsible for the design and implementation of interfaces between systems.
Investigate and develop new strategic technologies to extend the scope of our products
Significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural for one or more projects
Design high performing batch programs following industry standards and best practices
Design, develop, enhance, and provide post-production support
Perform functional and technical analysis for major projects
Work on multiple platforms and projects at once
Provide technical support to team members
Sets and administer standards and mentor and coach technical staff
Participate and drive technical roadmaps, advise management on application and supporting technology purchases as well as future projects or environment upgrades or modifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science Information System, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience required
3 to 5 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with large corporate IT operations, major IT programs, system integration and technical architecture at the enterprise and inter-enterprise levels
Demonstrated experience and understanding of business requirements and the process of translating them into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions
Skills and Attributes:
Minimum 3-year hands-on experience supporting SAP BTP Integration Suite also known as CPI Cloud Platform Integration and Data Services in both a single and team setup.
Deep knowledge of the features, configurations of SAP BTP Integration Suite also known as CPI Cloud Platform Integration and Data Services.
Strong knowledge and experience with Databases and SQL (both DDL and DML)
Demonstrable experience in executing implementations and at least 3 full project lifecycles.
Deep understanding of how data flows between system and transformation capabilities.
Acknowledges the need to understand business logic and processes to compliment excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be detailed and accuracy oriented even under tight deadlines.
Strong team player as well as ability to work independently
Ability to work on multiple projects, good organizational skills. Good sense of urgency and prioritization.
Strong customer and relationship building skills, coupled with listening and question-based selling skills to help you see the “big picture” and develop creative solutions to presented challenges.
Creativity, flexibility and strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
Good understanding on application platforms, development and deployment with good knowledge of infrastructure and network architecture
Stay on top of technology and existing upgrades to see how that can be applied to current landscape and use case
Great system architecture fundamentals.
Experienced with complex data modelling
Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP HANA, and related products is a plus
Knowledge of Windows PowerShell, C#. .NET is a plus
Knowledge of, but not limited to, the following reporting and data visualization tools. SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, PowerBI, and Cognos. If no experience, ideal candidate should possess the willingness to learn, contribute and apply.

Experience with cloud technologies

The salary range for this position is $0 USD to $0 USD annually.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This role is eligible to participate in EPRI’s annual incentive program. The amount of incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
